Thailand Rangsit Babies Home

Rangsit Babies Home Bangkok
Rangsit Babies home provides crisis care for children that have been orphaned or abandoned.
Most are babies and they are adopted to European countries usually within one year. All are
provided with food, clothing and medical treatment. FFAC is supporting the whole organisation
and is instrumental in the setting up and running of their Child Development Program.
The early years of a child’s life are vitally important in it’s development and the traditional Orphanage has had little funds or personnel
left over to do much more than provide the basics of life, with the hope that the child will be adopted or fostered, in which case its
emotional growth child will be far better catered for. A new plan for Rangsit is for two qualified Child Development Officers to be
employed to coordinate with Social Workers to plan and implement activities to foster the Child’s development. FFAC are intending
to fund either one or both of these Child Development Officers.
